Chickpea and Spinach Curry with Homemade Naans Category: Recipes

The recipe actually calls for Kale but I didn’t fancy that yesterday so swapped with some Spinach. It was creamy and full of flavour and something I cant wait to cook again.

Granola Breakfast Bars Category: Recipes

Yesterday I came across this recipe via tastespotting. Now I’ve been on the look out for something like this for ages and as we’d made some granola a few weeks ago, I had the ingredients in to give it a go.

It was very quick and easy – I adapted the recipe & amounts to what we had in and I didn’t want too much sauce to glue it all together…
